Campground A – Premium viewing and location

Located within the concert precinct with views of the stage.
Only 15 campsites available.

Campground B – Lakeside

Close to the concert area.
Only 75 campsites available.

Campground C – Forest Side

Located at the rear of the campground.
Only 60 campsites available.

Campsite Information

Each campsite measures 10m x 5m and can accommodate:

One caravan or motorhome plus one vehicle, or
Up to two tents plus one vehicle.

Maximum 6 people per campsite.

If your setup exceeds the allocated space (including annexes or trailers) or you have more than six people, an additional campsite must be booked.

Can't stay for the weekend? No worries!

A limited number of Day Passes are available, with convenient return bus transfers from Airlie Beach and Mackay.

Please note that onsite parking is limited, so we encourage day visitors to take advantage of the bus service.

The festival is an outdoor event and will proceed rain, hail or shine.

Should extreme weather make the event unsafe, all ticket holders will be notified via email, social media and the Regfest website.

Limited to just 800 people, this is one of Australia's most intimate country music festivals.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Lake Proserpine is situated 30 minutes inland from Proserpine and is an ideal spot for water sports and freshwater fishing. Lake Proserpine is renowned for barramundi over 1m, which can be fished year-round. The lake is restocked with over 20,000 barramundi fingerlings each year.

Facilities include:

  • BBQ facilities (located at the Lake Proserpine, day use area)
  • Amenities with disability access
  • Designated fire pits
  • Pontoons, including one from the camping area into the lake
  • Boat ramp and jetty
  • On-site kiosk open from 8 AM to 5 PM daily (selling ice, wood, snacks, soft drinks, fishing tackle, and general goods)
  • No power available on-site
  • There is no grey and blackwater dumping facilities available at Lake Proserpine, closest dumping point is at the Proserpine Holiday Park 79-83 Anzac Road, Proserpine.

Welcome to Lake Proserpine Holiday Park. The on-site managers are here to make your stay enjoyable.

  • Arrival & Departure: Check-in Friday between 12 PM and 8 PM, or Saturday 8-11 AM. Check-out Sunday before 11 AM.
  • Site: No camping past the waterline signage. Keep your site clean. No trenches or open fires (above-ground fire pits only).
  • Vehicles: Must be driven at walking pace (8km/h) or slower.
  • Boat Launching: Must be done from the designated ramp; mooring is allowed on the pontoon.
  • Children: Always supervise children, especially near water and the pontoon.
  • Pets: Maximum two pets per site. Pets must be restrained and not left unattended.
  • Noise: Quiet hours start at 8 PM (Friday) and 11 PM (Saturday).
  • No Smoking: Follow Queensland laws regarding smoking.
  • Waste: Dispose of garbage and recyclables properly; use the designated greywater and blackwater disposal points.
