🪑 DO I NEED TO BRING A CHAIR?

General Admission: We encourage guests to bring their own camp chairs, as seating is not supplied.

VIP: Chairs and tables are provided in the RegFest Lounge. VIP ticket holders do not need to bring their own chairs.

Please be considerate of other patrons when positioning your chairs and follow any directions from event staff.

🎟️ TICKETS & ENTRY

How do I access my tickets?
Tickets are issued electronically through our official ticketing provider, I Wanna Ticket.
Please have your ticket ready to scan on arrival. You can display it on your phone, so printing is not required.
Each ticket is valid for one entry only.

Have replacement tickets been issued?
Customers who purchased tickets through our previous ticketing system will receive replacement tickets through the updated I Wanna Ticket system.
Please use your newly issued ticket for entry.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing:

  • A wide-brimmed hat and sunscreen for sun protection
  • Camp chair for seating
  • Rain poncho in case of rain
  • Non-professional camera for capturing memories
  • Sealed bottle/s of water 
  • Snack food (chips, biscuits, etc.) and any special dietary food you may require


PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • BYO beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) – This is a fully licensed event with a wide selection of wines, beers, ciders, spirits, and food truck offerings catering to all dietary needs
  • Umbrellas and shade structures (limited exceptions at the back of the venue; please check with staff upon entry)
  • Glass items

  • No BYO alcohol allowed into the event. Violation = denied entry without refund.

  • Alcohol service will not be provided to patrons under 18.
  • Patrons are prohibited from taking alcohol off-site at the end of the event, whether opened or sealed.

If you purchased tickets for the original event date, which has now passed, those tickets have automatically been transferred to the new event date. No further refunds are available. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
