Our friendly Campground Managers are here to make your stay enjoyable. Please review the following rules, designed to ensure safety and comfort for all. By entering the campground, you agree to comply with these rules.

Check-In: Friday: 12pm – 8pm or Saturday: 8am – 11am

Check-Out: Sunday: Before 11am


Campground Guidelines

  • Keep your campsite clean and within its designated boundaries.
  • No digging trenches on or around campsites.
  • Fires of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal from the site, and your wristband will be cut off.
  • Always have you campground wristband on and car permit in your window. If you lose either you will need to pay for a new one


What should I bring?


This festival follows a strict "Leave No Trace" policy. Whatever you bring, be prepared to take it back with you.

Camping in Tent or erecting marquee ? A sturdy tent is required with sufficient anchors 


Can my non-camping friends visit me in the campgrounds?


No, only those with a camping ticket or wristband are permitted in the campgrounds. For security reasons, visitors without the correct wristband will be ejected from the festival, and their event wristband will be confiscated.


Camping Ticket Information

One Ticket Per Site: Each camping ticket covers the entire site, and your group will receive camping wristbands based on the number of people allocated to that site.

🔹 Choose the Right Size: Ensure you select the appropriate number and size of campsites to accommodate your group and tent/van setup.

🔹 Concert Tickets Required: Camping tickets do not include concert entry. Concert tickets must be purchased separately. Please note, camping is only available to those who also hold a concert ticket.


Can we reserve spots for our friends in the camp area?


Campsites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to camp together, make sure to arrive together.


Vehicle and Speed Limit Rules


  • Vehicles must be driven at 8km/h or slower (walking pace).
  • Park vehicles only in designated areas; roadways must remain clear.
  • Bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are allowed but only with proper safety gear and must not exceed walking pace. They can only be used between 8:30am and dusk.


Children's Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children, especially near roads, water, and amenities

Pet Policy

  • A maximum of two pets are allowed per campsite.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended.
  • Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in designated bins.


Noise, Nuisance, and Prohibited Activities

  • Noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other campers.
  • Noise curfew: 11pm – 8am
  • No generator use after 8:00pm.
  • Illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption, disruptive behavior, or any form of violence will not be tolerated and will result in police involvement.
  • Disrespectful behaviour toward guests or campground staff will not be accepted.


No Smoking

Guests must comply with Queensland's smoking laws.

Waste Disposal

This festival follows a strict "Leave No Trace" policy. Whatever you bring, be prepared to take it back with you. This includes rubbish

Emergencies and Evacuations

In case of an emergency, follow evacuation procedures to the assembly point.
During severe weather conditions, guests will be required to evacuate the campground without exception.

Indemnity and Conditions of Stay

  • Guests agree to indemnify the organisers and its representatives against any claims or damages resulting from negligence or rule violations by the guests or their visitors.
  • Guests accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to their property and acknowledge that the Council is not liable for any such incidents.
  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction from the campground, without a refund.

  • Non-professional camera for capturing memories
  • One sealed bottle of water (not exceeding 750ml; refill stations available on-site)
  • Snack food (chips, biscuits, etc.) and any special dietary food you may require


PROHIBITED ITEMS

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • BYO beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) – This is a fully licensed event with a wide selection of wines, beers, ciders, spirits, and food truck offerings catering to all dietary needs
  • Soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Umbrellas and shade structures (limited exceptions at the back of the venue; please check with staff upon entry)

  • No BYO alcohol allowed into the event. Violation = denied entry without refund.

  • Alcohol service will not be provided to patrons under 18.
  • Patrons are prohibited from taking alcohol off-site at the end of the event, whether opened or sealed.
